About Label2A4

A focused tool, built and maintained by Kévin Bigoni

Label2A4 turns carrier PDFs into compact A4 sheets. Behind the service is one identified developer, KB, a documented processing method and a support channel for formats that do not yet work as expected.

Who is behind the product?

Kévin Bigoni is a full-stack developer based in Normandy, France. He builds products with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and PostgreSQL, with particular attention to clear interfaces, perceived performance and measurable usefulness. KB is the signature used for his digital products; the legal publisher details are available in the legal notice.

His second passion, baseball, influences the way the service is developed: prepare the play, verify the details, then improve from real results. Label2A4 follows that same logic with targeted tests, short release cycles and corrections based on real carrier documents.

Why Label2A4 exists

Many shipping services provide one label on a full PDF page even when the useful area is closer to A6. Printing one document per parcel leaves a large unused paper area. The first purpose of Label2A4 is simple: identify that useful area, preserve the routing information and place up to four labels on one A4 page.

The difficult part is not drawing four rectangles. Carrier files differ: some are vector PDFs, others contain images, several codes, advertisements, return instructions or multiple labels on one page. The application combines code detection, visual-content analysis, carrier profiles, rotation and manual crop controls. The user keeps the final decision through the preview.

Browser-first processing

The PDF is normally analysed and assembled on the user's device. It is not uploaded merely to create the output.

A visible final check

Automatic detection is treated as assistance. Recipient, tracking number and code integrity must be checked before attachment.

A sustainable business model

Free and guest access can be supported by advertising. Paid access removes ads and increases usage limits.

What the service does not promise

Label2A4 is independent from the carriers and marketplaces mentioned in its guides. Their trademarks identify compatible document families; they do not imply endorsement or partnership. The carrier remains authoritative for label validity, shipment purchase, customs formalities, drop-off and delivery tracking.

No automatic crop can cover every future document layout. The preview and manual crop exist for that reason. Paper savings are calculated from sheets used versus one sheet per label; they are not presented as a certified life-cycle or carbon assessment.

Questions, unusual format or correction

Write to support@label2a4.com. For a label issue, include the carrier, expected result and the step where the preview becomes incorrect. For an editorial correction, include the page and the official source that should be checked.
