Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope
These terms define how Label2A4 provides its service for preparing PDF shipping labels on A4 sheets and sells pre-cut adhesive A4 sheets.
2. Plans and prices
Free: up to 4 exported A4 sheet(s) per day.
24-hour pass: €1.99. VAT is not applicable.
Monthly subscription: €3.99 / month. VAT is not applicable.
Individual annual / Pro: €29.00 / year. It can remain an unlimited individual plan or be configured as a Pro company account with 3 invited members and shared history.
Pro Team: €49.00 / year, 7 invited members and unlimited A4 exports.
Pro Business: €69.00 / year, 10 invited members and unlimited A4 exports.
The monthly plan and 24-hour pass include unlimited individual exports. Pro plans include unlimited company exports, ad-free access and shared label history. Pending invitations count toward the member capacity.
Referral program
A referred customer receives 30% off the first payment for an eligible individual monthly or annual plan, capped at €5. Fourteen days after that payment, the sponsor receives a €3 Stripe credit for a future invoice. Attribution lasts 30 days and is limited to 10 rewarded referrals per sponsor and calendar year. The 24-hour pass, Pro plans and shop purchases are excluded. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with a promo code. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, payment reversals and fraudulent use cancel the benefit.
Pre-cut adhesive sheets: €2.90 incl. VAT for 10 sheets, or €16.90 incl. VAT for 100 sheets. The customer selects delivery before payment and the displayed delivery price, including VAT, is added to the order total. Delivery is limited to Metropolitan France.
VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
3. Payment, renewal and billing
Payments are processed by a specialized payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancellation. Receipts and invoices are issued by the payment provider according to the service configuration.
4. Delivery of physical goods
Adhesive-sheet orders are prepared within 2 business days. Currently available methods are Colissimo home delivery (about 2 business days) and Chronopost Chrono 13 home delivery (next business day, before 1 p.m. in eligible areas). The Chronopost price including VAT includes the latest published fuel adjustment coefficient when the website was updated. Times are indicative and start when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, the customer is informed and fully refunded.
5. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel online at any time from the My account. Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, unless stated otherwise.
6. Withdrawal right
For consumer purchases, the 14-day withdrawal right applies in principle. However, if the user requests immediate activation of the premium service and expressly waives this right, performance starts without waiting for the end of that period.
For adhesive sheets, consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to notify Label2A4 of their decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. They then have 14 days to return the complete goods. The customer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for a defective or non-compliant product. The withdrawal request may be sent to the support email with the order date, payment email and a clear statement of the decision to withdraw.
7. Refunds and returns
Refund requests are handled case by case at support@label2a4.com.
After a valid withdrawal for physical goods, the product price and standard initial delivery cost are refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of notification. The refund may be deferred until the goods are received or proof of shipment is supplied.
8. Legal guarantees
Physical goods benefit from the mandatory French legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. A defective or non-compliant product may be reported to support with the order details and useful photographs; applicable statutory remedies remain fully available.

11. Liability limitation
The service is provided as is. The publisher undertakes to process PDFs with reasonable care, without guaranteeing the absence of errors on every document or every carrier. The user remains responsible for checking the generated sheets before printing and shipping.
