The free plan includes up to 4 exported A4 sheet(s) per day.

You can buy a 24-hour pass for €1.99, choose an unlimited individual monthly or annual plan, or use the same annual plan as Pro for a company with 3 invited members.

The owner can invite 3, 7 or 10 members depending on the Pro plan. Active members and pending invitations use the included capacity. Every identity has unlimited A4 exports and sees the same label history; only the owner manages billing, invitations and history deletion.

Cancellation is handled online from the Cancellation page. If the portal is unavailable, support can help.

First check the PDF format and readability, then contact support@label2a4.com with the carrier name and a screenshot of the error message.

No. PDF files are processed only long enough to generate the requested result and are not kept by the site.

The browser renders the PDF, looks for embedded or visible codes and analyses useful non-white content. Known carrier layouts, rotation and multi-label splitting provide additional clues. The proposed crop stays visible in the preview and can be replaced with a carrier profile or manual crop.

The current guides cover Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Happy-Post, FedEx, DHL, Vinted and Leboncoin documents. Other PDFs may work through automatic content detection or manual crop. Compatibility describes document layouts, not a partnership or certification from these companies.

First check that the original PDF opens correctly. Try the matching carrier profile and rotate the page if needed. Then draw a manual crop around the complete label, including code margins, tracking text and recipient area. The troubleshooting guide covers blank pages, adverts and multi-code files.

Select A4 paper, portrait orientation, one page per sheet and start with Actual size or 100%. Do not select four pages per sheet because the exported PDF already contains four positions. Print one test page before releasing a complete batch.

No tool can guarantee every scanner, printer and damaged parcel. Label2A4 preserves the detected label and clear margins, but you must inspect code integrity and readable shipment details on paper. Carrier requirements remain authoritative; print again when bars are clipped, pale or folded.

The baseline is one A4 sheet per label. Output sheets equal the label count divided by four and rounded up. Forty labels therefore use ten full sheets and avoid thirty compared with the baseline. This measures sheets of paper, not ink, energy or a certified carbon footprint.

Advertising can help fund the service for guests and free accounts. Only the four practical articles are eligible, after Google advertising consent and an access check. The PDF workspace, accounts, payments and Premium sessions are excluded. A batch already open in this tab also prevents advertising.
