Before import
Download the untouched carrier PDF and keep invoices, instructions and customs documents identifiable. Check the purchased service, parcel weight and recipient in the source order: page layout cannot correct postage data that was entered incorrectly.
Before printing
Review each crop, rotation and sheet position. The complete code, clear margin, tracking text and destination block must remain visible. For a new layout, printer or paper stock, print only the first page and compare it with the approved preview.
Before drop-off
Match each cut label to its parcel without building an intermediate pile. Apply it on a flat face, remove old routing codes and keep the carrier's proof of drop-off. The generated PDF is a layout output, not evidence that the parcel entered the network.
