Optional advertising and analytics cookies
When advertising is configured, a Google consent message can be initialized on an eligible article with ad requests paused. Ads require the choices supplied by that consent platform, confirmed free access and a controlled display placement. They are excluded from the home page, PDF workspace, account and payment pages, and from any tab with an already opened PDF workspace. This integration requests non-personalized ads only; these are not necessarily cookie-free.
Site analytics use a separate, optional choice. Refusing analytics does not prevent PDF processing and does not substitute for your Google advertising choice. Missing, expired or unreadable analytics choices do not enable measurement. Refusing advertising leaves the service usable; changed advertising choices may reload a guide to stop the previous advertising runtime. A tab with an open PDF batch does not load advertising.
Managing your choice
Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time. The site analytics choice is stored for up to 180 days and can be changed without clearing your browser or your PDF batch. Google advertising preferences are managed by the consent platform. When that service is not loaded on the current page, the advertising control opens the privacy entrypoint in a new tab, preserving the current workspace.
